Out Of The Basement Podcast - Episode 23

The boys get together to talk about various geeky topics, including video games, RPGS, MMOs, movies, comics, etc. In this New Year episode, its the return of the original three, as Patrick Ramsahoye makes an appearance on the podcast, and we talk a whole lot about movies and video games, delving only slightly into RPGs.
I said during the episode that I would put in a link to the game Don't Starve, so here's the official page. You'll have to hunt for it on Steam yourself...

Out Of The Basement Podcast - Episode 8

In today's episode, the Pats are not available so I'm joined by my sister, Ayse Turak. We talk a bit about Adventure style video games, and then delve into a variety of topics from the declining standards in TV shows and their effects on the feminist movement to particle physics and the newly discovered Higgs-Boson particle. This is one of those episodes that you really dont want to miss, even if you dont give a toss about gaming in general. There really is something for everyone.

Also, there are a number of articles that I reference in the News and Rumours section, mainly from the dailymail.co.uk and bbc.co.uk websites, which I promised to provide links to:
- Robocop Headset
- 3D Virtual Workspace
- 4D Printing
- Organic 3D Printing / Prosthetic with Touch
- Wireless Control Through Brainwaves
